At Tato Banda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and in the original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at [email protected].
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

⚠️ Do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

The fastest solution is to return the item and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re ordering from the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation.

Your item must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

  • If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process the refund.
